About us
The Volta XL collective, made up of citizens, businesses and associations involved in the project, is transforming an industrial site into a dynamic, eco-responsible working and living space that encourages collective emulation, sharing and inventiveness.
Volta XL in brief
12,000 m2, a real “village in the city”.
The site will be designed as a park linking grouped housing, two superb brick halls and a former printing works.
Timetable:
- Q3 2026: Signing of deeds of sale for the lots
- Q3 2026: Appointment of contractors, preparatory works
- Q1 2027: Start of works
- 2028: Completion and handover
